  Will never deal with them again! Had house insurance and sold the house. Tried to call my agent to deal with her, she never called back and claims I never left her voicemails. Dealt with another agent who, I specifically asked if I'd be charged for July, she said no as long as the paperwork was in by the end of that day. Perfect done. I was not only charge again, now I have a $48 nsf they won't return to me even though I have confirmation that the policy was cancelled. They will only return $86 out of a $166 payment ( granted, part is for cancellation fees, which is ok) But the $48 nsf is not ok They need to take responsibility for their errors If someone does use these jokers, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.
