  Very nice selection of items, competitive prices. I mostly shop at computer, electronics and photo sections. I think they are the only store that does not charge restocking fees on returned items. I had an opportunity to choose the right lens for my Nikon, which is a great benefit - you can shop with confidence. Indeed, "your satisfaction guaranteed". I'd say I love everything about them except one thing - extended warranty. Their extended warranty is not competitive at all, designed for the last century shoppers and too expensive. So, there is a choice to either buying items without extended warranty or buying somewhere else. Beside that - great shopping experience. Oh, my mom had very particular request for her perfume. And they had it! At very affordable price. My mom was very happy. Now, I'll tell you one little secret... Do not share it please. .... Here it is... They can check the history of sale prices for any item and if it was on sale, even 6 months ago, you could get the sales price today. Cool, eh?! Basically another real "lowest price guaranteed"! Love it :-)
